Return & Refund Policy

We strive to provide the best customer experience at every visit here at Fit Family. The best way to guarantee a great experience is to review our shipping guidelines and keep them in mind when placing orders.


If you have an issue that isn’t covered below, please reach out to our team on and we’ll help work through a solution.


  1. Shipping Accuracy– refers to Check your addresses carefully! Our delivery guarantee extends only to correctly addressed orders. We cannot guarantee the condition of the package if the delivery service has to reroute. We guarantee delivery only to the provided address confirmed on the order acknowledgement.

  2. No refunds – Due to the consumable nature of our product, we do not accept returns. In the event you are dissatisfied with your purchase, you must contact us within seven days from receiving your order. Products once dispatched shall not be returned per se. The Products of Fit Family are of the highest standard and quality and appropriate measures are taken with regards to hygiene and standards keeping in mind consumer needs and preferences.

  3. Payments – Payments for all products shall be made via Razorpay which includes net banking, debit/credit card payments, UPI Payments or other Wallet Payments for all purchases made on our website

  4. Damaged products – We take various measures to pack your products carefully, so they do not get damaged in transit. If for whatever reason, there is a defect in the product in terms of its quality or they arrive faulty, you are hereby requested to write to us on with a picture of the said product. The authorized representatives of Fit Family will revert immediately on the same per se. In the case a defect is found in the products in terms of its quality, the product shall be returned back to the customer with immediate effect.

  5. Product replacement – In case a product is found defective, the same shall be replaced within fourteen working days after request for replacement for product is approved.

  6. No cancellation policy – In the case of an order placed by the customer, the same shall not be cancelled as per the terms and conditions of Fit Family, we will not cancel any orders that have been processed, we have full right to decide whether an order has been processed or not.
